Step 1

Remove Golden Sabaya from box and plastic wrap. Bake frozen or thaw at room temperature for 1 hour. (Can be kept in refrigerator overnight in plastic wrap until ready to bake).

Step 2

Remove upper oven racks, leaving bottom rack, to allow room for pastry to rise. Preheat oven to 410.*

Step 3

Place Sabaya on center of lower oven rack. Bake 17-20 minutes or until golden brown. DO NOT OVERBAKE.

Step 4

Turn after 10 minutes to ensure even baking.

Step 5

Loosely tent with foil and cover with kitchen towel so crust properly deflates until ready to cut** & serve.

Step 6

Serve warm. Drizzle with honey, if desired.

Additional Instructions and Notes

*May be baked at 420◦ to speed up baking process. Sabaya will be ready in 12-15 minutes.

**Scissors or a pizza wheel is the best tool for cutting the sabaya.
