Ingredients
- Tawa Bread
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 tsp. butter
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
Instructions
- Cook Tawa bread according to directions on package.
- Allow bread to cool for about 2 minutes to prepare following recipes.
- If desired, Tawa Bread may be cooked and cooled and placed in Ziploc bag in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to prepare recipes.
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Place cooked tawa bread on baking sheet. Set aside.
- Crack 3 eggs in bowl, add salt and beat with fork until mixed.
- Heat skillet medium heat and spray with nonstick spray or melt butter in pan.
- Pour eggs in pan and cook for 3-5 minutes mix every 30 seconds until cooked.
- Remove eggs from pan and scoop onto one half side of tawa bread and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over eggs.
- Fold in half, press gently and bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Remove from oven.
- Cut in half and enjoy.
