Egg and Cheese Stuffed Breakfast Sandwich

Ingredients

  1. Tawa Bread
  2. 3 eggs
  3. ½ teaspoon salt
  4. 2 tsp. butter
  5. 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook Tawa bread according to directions on package.
  2. Allow bread to cool for about 2 minutes to prepare following recipes.
  3. If desired, Tawa Bread may be cooked and cooled and placed in Ziploc bag in refrigerator for up to 2 weeks to prepare recipes.
  4. Preheat oven to 350.
  5. Place cooked tawa bread on baking sheet.  Set aside.
  6. Crack 3 eggs in bowl, add salt and beat with fork until mixed.
  7. Heat skillet medium heat and spray with nonstick spray or melt butter in pan.
  8. Pour eggs in pan and cook for 3-5 minutes mix every 30 seconds until cooked.
  9. Remove eggs from pan and scoop onto one half side of tawa bread and sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over eggs.
  10. Fold in half, press gently and bake in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
  11. Remove from oven.
  12. Cut in half and enjoy.
